Shipping policy

Each and every product is custom-made after order placement. It generally takes 2-5 working days to dispatch the order from our locations. Shipping generally takes 1-5 days depending on locations (generally for tier-1 locations). 

Shipping is charged based on Pincodes which is not included in the product cost.
However, placing an order above Rs. 999/- will activate your free shipping offer.

SHIPPING TIMES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT. Our products are manufactured and distributed from various locations depending on style, stock, and availability. Please contact us if you need help with estimated shipping times.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at contact@rareandcult.in noting your order number and we will do our very best to resolve the situation.

Returned to Origin orders:

If you had placed a prepaid order, the delivery agent will try to deliver your order 3 times. If the order is still returned back to us because of customer's unavailability / refusal to accept the order, a deduction of Rs. 150 will be applicable on the refund of the order to compensate for logistical cost.
